Refund Eligibility Window

Refund requests are accepted within 30 days of purchase. After this period, no refunds will be issued.

Refund Conditions

Refunds are granted only if all of the following apply:

  • The product has not been used — no tests or materials have been accessed or started.
  • There is a proven discrepancy between our tests and the actual test — reasonable evidence (e.g. screenshots or descriptions) must be provided.
  • You experience unresolved technical issues that prevent you from accessing or using our platform — in such cases, you must first contact our support team and allow us the opportunity to resolve the issue. If the issue is not solved by our team, and you still cannot use the product, you may then request a refund.

Refunds Will Not Be Granted If:

  • You have started or completed any test materials.
  • The refund request is submitted after 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • You’ve changed your mind or no longer need the product.
  • Dissatisfaction is based solely on poor performance in the real test.

Note: The tests on our platform are practice tools, not the exact questions from the real assessments you may face.
While our materials are designed to closely replicate the format and style of actual aptitude tests, they are not official test content.
We aim to provide a realistic preparation experience without violating any copyright or intellectual property rights.
